Free, insured shipping to every country in the European Union. If it isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back.

- All 27 EU countries. We don't ship outside the EU at the moment.

- The Hague, the Netherlands — so no customs or import fees inside the EU.

- Every parcel is tracked and insured until it reaches you.
When will it arrive?
Each piece shows its lead time on the product page and again at checkout, so you always know before you pay.

Once it ships, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3–7 working days elsewhere in the EU. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you've bought — twice the 14 days EU law requires. No reason needed.
What we accept
- Rings — unworn, in their original box. That includes made-to-order rings.
- Earrings — only if the hygiene seal is unbroken. Once earrings have been opened we can't take them back for health reasons, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Faulty or damaged — always, whatever the item. We pay the return shipping.
How to return
- Email support@2240.eu within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and what you're sending back.
- Pack it securely in its original box and send it to the address we give you. Keep your proof of postage — we recommend a tracked service.
- Get your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the parcel.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. We refund the full price of the item.
Wrong ring size?
Email support@2240.eu within 30 days, send the ring back unworn, and we'll make it again in the right size. You pay to send it back; we pay to ship the new one. Our ring size guide takes two minutes and saves you the wait.
